or toll-free 1-888-663-1417, if outside Colorado.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: We’ve added online registration for the convenience of our guests. Due to our small camp bed space and unique lodging configurations, we can’t guarantee that every online registration will be confirmed. As soon as we receive an online registration, we’ll do everything possible to accommodate that request. However, it may be necessary for camp to refuse an online registration infrequently due to lack of bed space for that particular request. Of course, we will notify you immediately if that occurs and refund any deposit that has been made to camp for that registration. Please call camp toll-free at 1-888-663-1417 or 719-395-2328 if you have any questions about this policy.

Children's Program: The Children's Program is available for ages infant-12 years old.  Ages infant -23 mos. are in a nursery style setting while 2-4 y/o's enjoy some class-like activities of Bible lessons, games and crafts.  Ages 5-12 yrs. are separated into 2 age groups and their program includes a combination of Bible lessons, games, activities and crafts.  For ages 8-12, activities include horseback trail riding (off-site) and fishing & archery here at camp. The Children's Program is only available during adult sessions (see basic weekly schedule).  Any request for afternoon childcare will need to be done at the camp office.  Each Saturday night, during the intro for the week, each family will fill out a form for each child giving permission for their child to participate in the Children's Program.  While we prefer that your child be included in all the activities, we're willing to accommodate your special needs as best we can.  There is no additional charge for the Children's Program.

Teen Program: Our Teen Program is for ages 13-18 years. We offer evening discussions about Bible topics, daytime activities and games.  There is no additional fee for the teen program this summer. Activities include a climb and rappel day and an overnight campout, weather permitting.  Other activities include games here at camp like volleyball and basketball.  The evening class time takes place at the same time as the adult sessions and will occasionally include our volunteer summer staff. Each Saturday night, during the intro for the week, each family will fill out a form giving permission for their teen to participate in the Teen Program.  We will be expecting your teen(s) to be a part of this program unless you tell us otherwise.

No Pets Allowed -- Spring Canyon does not allow pets at camp. This is to reduce the chance of allergic reaction, ensure safety, maximize everyone's enjoyment, maintain our property, and minimize liability. If you are an active duty military member and PCSing with your pet, please call camp or email us to request an exception. We understand that PCSing families have to travel with their pets many times. Our phone is 719-395-2328 or email our office manager at reservations(at)springcanyon.org.

Photo Permission -- During your visit to Spring Canyon , your picture might be taken or you may make a verbal or written comment that could be published in a Spring Canyon or OCF publication.  Sometimes pictures and comments are used in brochures or the OCF Command magazine.  We assume your permission to use photos taken at Spring Canyon or use comments made at Spring Canyon unless you tell us that you don't want them published.  Please tell us at the camp office if you want to withdraw your permission.  Thank you!
