2011 Winter Sports Retreat at OCF's Spring Canyon will be a wonderful holiday experience for you and your family. Enjoy speakers and sessions plus a variety of winter sports activities. Tubing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hot springs, Christmas Eve communion, and a New Year's Eve celebration. Teen program activities include one day of downhill skiing at a nearby ski area and ice skating at Breckenridge Ice Rink. Spring Canyon's hospitality, good food and Christian fellowship will make this a holiday to remember.

A 5-night minimum stay is requested upon booking to maximize use of our lodging.

A note about our food -- Our meals are typically served family style.  We try to provide balanced meals represented by four basic food groups (dairy, protein, veges/fruits & grains).  Salads are offered at lunch and dinner.  You will find low-calorie options at every breakfast meal.  If you have allergies or other medical, dietary requirements, please notify us prior to your arrival and plan to bring special items in order to supplement your dietary needs (such as special bread or special milk).  We'll try as best we can to help. We are not able to accommodate the variety of weight loss diets or vegetarian preferences and we do not provide for missed meals.

No Pets Allowed -- Spring Canyon does not allow pets at camp. This is to reduce the chance of allergic reaction, ensure safety, maximize everyone's enjoyment, maintain our property, and minimize liability. If you are an active duty military member and PCSing with your pet, please call camp or email us to request an exception. We understand that PCSing families have to travel with their pets many times. Photo Permission -- During your visit to Spring Canyon , your picture might be taken or you may make a verbal or written comment that could be published in a Spring Canyon or OCF publication.  Sometimes pictures and comments are used in brochures or the OCF Command magazine.  We assume your permission to use photos taken at Spring Canyon or use comments made at Spring Canyon unless you tell us that you don't want them published.  Please tell us at the camp office if you want to withdraw your permission.  Thank you!

Rates for 2011 Winter Sports Retreat (2011 rates are the same as 2010)

Rates are based on full week (6 nights) and includes all meals and lodging. NOTE: A minimum 5 night stay is requested to maximize use of our lodging.

• Children infant-4 yr. old are free
• Fifth, sixth…. child in family is free
• There is a 5% active duty discount
• No additional adult program fee or children’s program fee
• A minimum 5 night booking is requested. There is no credit for missed meals.

Non-Refundable Deposits – required to confirm all reservations. This deposit is credited to your final bill at checkout. Refunded only in case of military orders.
