With inspiring teaching\, delicious family-style meals\, and great activities for all ages\, this is an opportunity to reconnect with friends and family and be refreshed in your own ministry. Let our world-class staff serve you and your family during this relaxing spring vacation. Make the OCF Chaplains’ Family Retreat your “vacation with a purpose!” \nPrice:\n$100 for adults (13 and above) and $70 for children (3-12); ages 0-2 are Free \nChildren’s program for ages 0-12 provided at no extra cost \n \nSpeaker: CH(MG) Doug Carver\, USA (Ret.) \nChaplain Carver is the Executive Director of Chaplaincy for the Southern\nBaptist Convention’s North American Mission Board. He retired from military\nservice in 2011 with 38 years as a commissioned officer\, serving at every level\nof the Army\, including ministry as the 22nd Chief of Chaplains (2007-2011) and\nthe senior military chaplain in the Iraqi Theatre of Operations in 2003. He and\nhis wife\, Sunny\, celebrate 50 years of marriage and live in Charlotte\, NC\, near\ntheir two daughters and five grandchildren. \nTopic: “A Heart Set On Pilgrimage” \nThe book of Malachi teaches us consequences when God’s people stop\nworshipping Him from their hearts\, making religion a routine.
