They have two adult sons & one grandchild. \nTom has a background of strategy\, projects\, and leadership for personnel and organizational development. He *graduated* (retired) from the military in 2018 having served as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer & a US Army Chaplain. He invested the last 6 years developing & coaching leaders in the construction industry. \nTom’s education includes a BSc. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines\, an MDiv from Trinity International University\, and a Master of Executive Leadership from Liberty University. \nTopic: “Bringing A Kingdom of God Mindset into Your Arenas of Life” \nJesus said our top priority is to … “seek first the Kingdom of God” (Matthew 6.33).
