SUMMARY:Outdoor Mentor Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Our Spring Canyon Outdoor staff is inviting all past\, present\, and future RMH and FTA Mentors to attend the Outdoor Mentor Retreat. If you get here\, your room and board will be covered by Spring Canyon. Attending this conference does not require\, nor does it guarantee\, that you will be a mentor for the upcoming summer. The purpose of this annual conference will be professional/spiritual development for a growing cadre of RMH and FTA mentors that are unified in supporting the OCF mission (Psalm 133). During the conference\, we will engage in workshops concerning these issues: \n\nUnderstanding the scope of the OCF Outdoor Program ministry.\nDiscussing the current cultural climate in an effort to prepare mentors for engaging our two audiences: Military officer candidates and junior officers; and teenagers with their fathers.\nRelationship building\, benchmarking\, and networking for the sustained encouragement and mentorship of our cadre of RMH and FTA mentors.\n\nMake a Reservation

SUMMARY:Rocky Mountain ROTC Spiritual Fitness Retreat 2026
DESCRIPTION:Come grow as a “Servant-Leader” who integrates faith and profession. This retreat is for you as future Christian military officers! Contact Lt Col Tom Falconer\, USAF (Ret.) with questions at (719) 661-2442 or tbirdUSL75@gmail.com. \n\n \nSpeaker: Col Tim Hale\, USAF (Ret.)\nTim and Jennifer Hale have been married 45 years. They served as an Air Force family for 28 of those years\, experiencing 14 PCSs and living in 20+ houses. They raised three wonderful daughters who experienced too many schools to count! Through it all\, a steadfast faith in God helped them not only survive but thrive. They were blessed to be loved in many different church and chapel families. The Hales have been OCF members for almost 40 years. They served with the OCF USAFA Cadet ministry while Tim was an AOC\, and Tim has served on the OCF Council. Tim is currently OCF’s Area Coordinator for the Oklahoma-Kansas-North Texas area and helps lead a Bible Study at Tinker AFB. \nTim was an MC130 Special Ops pilot for most of his career\, earning two Bronze Stars and four Air Medals. He understands the importance of resilience as a military professional lens and as a military husband and dad. Tim was ordained a pastor in 2015\, earned an MA in Pastoral Counseling with an emphasis in Military Resilience from Liberty University. He also volunteers as a pastor to military and veterans supporting numerous organizations. \nTopic: “As A Christian Officer\, What’s the Highest Rank You Should Hope to Achieve?”\nIn life\, in the work world\, we are faced daily with striving to be #1. This is especially true of the military’s “up-or-out” promotion system. The Bible tells us to have the same attitude as Christ in all things. What is that attitude and how do we integrate it into our life to become the Christ-like leaders he calls us to be? \n\nPrice:\n$100 for Cadets\, Midshipmen\, and Enlisted\n$150 for Company Grade Officers\n$240 for Adults \nSchedule:\nSession begins Friday at 1830\nEnds Sunday at 1330 (after lunch) \n\nMake a Reservation
