SUMMARY:Rocky Mountain High #5
DESCRIPTION:Mentor: Lt Col Paul Homan\, USAF (Ret.) \nPaul served 20 years in the Air Force as a Meteorologist\, Commander\, and Professor. He served on deployment to Iraq in 2007. He would love for all involved with RMH to walk away knowing that God has called them first to himself and then to be on mission\, ministering to all those around them in both the military and civilian society\, spreading the gospel wherever the Lord leads them. \nCo-Mentor: Lt Col John Miller\, USAF \nJohn graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2005 and went on to earn a master’s from MIT and a PhD from Northwestern University. Over 20 years of active duty\, he has served as an operations research analyst\, professor\, and Pentagon action officer — with assignments spanning Air Combat Command\, the Air Force Research Laboratory\, Headquarters Air Force\, the Air Force Academy\, and his current role at NORAD & U.S. Northern Command. He and his wife Katie have been married for 20 years and live in Colorado Springs with their three children. Additionally\, he and his family have volunteered with OCF at the Air Force Academy for four years. \nJohn’s objective as a RMH mentor is to encourage attendees to trust God’s faithfulness through every assignment\, season\, and transition — and to explore what it looks like to pursue excellence in their calling while keeping Christ at the center of their identity as leaders and servants. \nMake a Reservation

Together we will reflect on key points in Peter’s life that transformed the way he followed Christ and served others. \nThe life and ministry of Peter and the comparisons of his journey and our journey of calling; service with challenges and sacrifice; blessings of seeing lives changed; and being refined and changed ourselves. Peter lived in a period of unprecedented change\, globalization\, and political turmoil. He was called to be a key leader in serving as one of the 12 disciples of Christ and in spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and establishing His Church. We serve in a time that has many similarities to Peter’s and we are charged to continue the legacy of his service with our own. Through this week\, we will journey together to explore key wave points Peter’s journey and to consider our own. \nGuest Ambassadors: LTC Todd & Andrea Plotner\, USA (Ret.) \nMake a Reservation
