Mentors: Lt Col Nick Hardman, USAF (Ret.) and his daughter Ashley Harman
Nick Hardman currently performs research and development for the US Space Force. He served in the Air Force as a test aircrew member on multiple aircraft programs, a DARPA Fellow, an exchange officer with the Spanish Air Force, and a program manager in the Air Force’s rapid acquisition office. He also deployed with the US Army 10th Mountain Division as the combat damage assessment lead in Afghanistan. He concluded his military career as a professor and director of the Autonomous Aircraft Center at the United States Air Force Academy.
Nick is married to Sarah Hardman, and together they have four children. They now reside in Colorado, where the family enjoys outdoor adventure activities.
Their eldest daughter, Ashley, however, left the mountains. After graduating from the University of Colorado, she is pursuing a doctorate in psychology at Biola University.
Both are excited to join you in the great adventures in the Rocky Mountains and to facilitate the experience for other military fathers and teens.
