Mentor: Lt Col Paul Homan, USAF (Ret.)

Paul served 20 years in the Air Force as a Meteorologist, Commander, and Professor. He served on deployment to Iraq in 2007. He would love for all involved with RMH to walk away knowing that God has called them first to himself and then to be on mission, ministering to all those around them in both the military and civilian society, spreading the gospel wherever the Lord leads them.

Co-Mentor: Lt Col John Miller, USAF

John graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2005 and went on to earn a master’s from MIT and a PhD from Northwestern University. Over 20 years of active duty, he has served as an operations research analyst, professor, and Pentagon action officer — with assignments spanning Air Combat Command, the Air Force Research Laboratory, Headquarters Air Force, the Air Force Academy, and his current role at NORAD & U.S. Northern Command. He and his wife Katie have been married for 20 years and live in Colorado Springs with their three children. Additionally, he and his family have volunteered with OCF at the Air Force Academy for four years.

John’s objective as a RMH mentor is to encourage attendees to trust God’s faithfulness through every assignment, season, and transition — and to explore what it looks like to pursue excellence in their calling while keeping Christ at the center of their identity as leaders and servants.
