Colonel Kristopher “Kris” Howell is an active-duty Armor Officer who has been fortunate to serve as a leader in many organizations, staffs, and locations over the past 25 years. He currently serves in the military as the Chief of Operations Group Charlie in the Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas where he and his team teach and train army divisions and multi-star commands on contemporary warfighting. He is a husband of Julie, father of Alexandrea and Elisabeth, and growing leader in the military and in his Christian life supporting the chapel and OCF at Fort Leavenworth and beyond.

During Winter Retreat 2, we’ll discuss God’s gift of Christ in our lives and what that means to us as His children. What does it mean for Christ to be “God with us” here on Earth? Do we understand our new image and new identity in Christ? How do we live and act as the body of Christ’s Church? Finally, we’ll talk about loving Christ and being loving Christians in action.
