Senior Staff

Senior Staff is an opportunity for young adults (18 and older) to contribute to the ministry of Spring Canyon in critically important functional areas. Senior Staff members serve for the entire summer (mid-May to early August) and carry significant responsibilities – both complementing the duties of year-round staff and serving as leaders and role models for Apprentices and Cornerstone volunteers. Senior Staff members are required to have at least one year of active experience beyond high school (i.e., college, full-time work, gap year program, etc.).

Although we encourage Senior Staff to view your summer at Spring Canyon first and foremost as a calling to serve Christ, we do offer a monthly stipend depending on the duration of your role. Returning alumni Senior Staff will also receive a one-time additional stipend bonus, recognizing your experience and prior contributions. Spring Canyon provides all lodging and meals for summer staff. If you are seeking internship credit for your Senior Staff service, please contact our staff after submitting your application – we will do our best to work with you and your academic adviser to make that possible.
