Notes

  • RV Spots are only for fully self-contained vehicles.  No cooking or bathroom facilities are available.
  • The Hardsides contain 4 sets of sturdy bunk beds with mattresses, heaters and electricity. Bathing facilities are available. Bedding is not provided and there are no cooking facilities.
  • Please reach out to our Reservations team about available dates and facilities.  If you cannot meet the two-night minimum, let us know and we may be able to accommodate with additional fees.
  • Groups that exceed the equivalent of one large lodge’s capacity will be subject to Group Retreat Rates.

Cancellation Policy for Private Bookings

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email us no later than 4:00 pm on the day prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • If you are cancelling due to military orders and desire a refund, Spring Canyon will return the deposit and any subsequent payments in full.
  • For any other cancellation reason, you may choose to reschedule within 90 days of the original reservation date. Only one reschedule will be allowed, based on available lodging. Otherwise, your non-refundable deposit will be retained as a tax-deductible donation to Spring Canyon.

Private Booking Per Meal Rates

When special meals are required due to food allergies or medical concerns, we can provide chef consultation and meals specifically tailored to you for an additional cost of $25 per weekend or $50 per week. When special meals are required, Spring Canyon must be notified two weeks in advance of your arrival. Please note that our kitchen contains wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, sesame, and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee non-contamination.

  • Meals only available if a group retreat of 10 or more has previously scheduled meals.

  • If you’re interested in adding meals to your private reservation of 10 or more people, please contact our Reservations team.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of registration to secure your reservation. This one-time payment is applied toward your final bill and is not an additional fee.

Discount Policy

All discounts apply to OCF members who are presently serving in uniform (Active Duty, Reserves, or National Guard) or who are retired military. Note: Discounts may not apply to all Program or Private Bookings. See each Signature Program page or call our office with any questions.

  • 10%: OCF members who have never before attended an OCF Conference Center
  • 10%: Company grade discount (O1-O3)
  • 20%: Enlisted and military student discount (Enlisted Members, Midshipmen, Cadets and other Undergraduate College Students.)
  • 5%: Deployed service member discount (For families of currently deployed or recently-returned (within 6 months) service members.)
  • 10%: OCF Regional/Area Coordinators and Local Leaders discount

There is a maximum of 25% discount when combining available discounts. A special program is available for widows of service members through OCF.
